- Check the quality of BTP during production shifts, request the implementation of corrective measures, and prevent incidents in production that affect product quality and food safety and hygiene
- Control the use of raw materials in each production shift according to the formula and within the set limits
- Participate in building and improving the quality management system according to FSSC
- Implement labor safety, labor hygiene, food safety and hygiene, and fire prevention in the room
- Perform other assigned tasks
