+ Accurately capture the quantity of goods in and out of the warehouse.

+ Record warehouse receipt, warehouse release note.
+ Know the amount of inventory and compare with the minimum inventory level.
- Minimum inventory tracking:
+ Ensure minimum inventory levels of all goods in stock.
+ Proposing to higher management levels to change the minimum inventory level when necessary if there is an abnormal fluctuation in the import/export of goods.
Closely monitor stock levels on a daily basis.
- Order for warehouse:
+ Supervising and urging import and purchase activities.
+ Make purchase orders or import orders according to the company's periodicity.
- Sorting goods:
+ Understand the warehouse map and update when there is a change.
+ Arrange goods scientifically, rationally, convenient for inventory and transportation.
+ Monitor the process of importing goods into the warehouse, ensuring the goods are placed in the correct position.
+ Ensure that the goods are not damaged, scratched or broken during the process of being brought in and stored in the warehouse.
- Ensuring goods standards:
+ Ensure that the goods in the warehouse are arranged according to the requirements and regulations of the company.
+ Manage according to FIFO principle (first in first out) with perishable goods.
- Strictly comply with fire prevention and fighting regulations and safety regulations in the warehouse:
+ Absolutely ensure fire prevention and fighting rules in the warehouse.
+ Periodic inventory of goods to ensure that there are no damaged or broken goods.
