JOB DESCRIPTION
Proactively welcome customers into the store, advise and introduce products to customers (according to training content), instruct on product use and preservation.
• Make payments, accumulate customer points and issue invoices for all sales orders to Customers
• Provide product information (according to trained product knowledge) to customers to increase sales.
• Implement and discuss with store managers/store owners/other employees about marketing programs, trade support, progress in implementing goals/targets
• Place orders and ensure goods are always complete. Strictly comply with relevant standards for product display according to the prescribed Planogram.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and friendly image inside and outside the store.
• Comply with product re-dating, inventory management and statistics on near-dated, expired and damaged goods, reporting daily to management
• Carry out product preservation, storage and use of sales equipment, and consult on promotional programs at assigned locations.
• Comply with data security regulations and sales system data processing procedures. • Strictly implement the handover of goods and sales proceeds during work and at the end of work. • Receive orders and assign orders for delivery to customers.

• Perform other Store-related tasks when assigned by management.
• Strictly comply with the company's working regulations such as Manners, Uniforms and Working Hours. Strictly comply with the Store's operating procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum education level 12/12 (High school graduate or higher)
• Love learning, work hard and endure
• Grasp product knowledge quickly, be nimble and agile
• Good communication skills, capable of consulting sales and persuading customers (trained)
• Honest and have a high sense of responsibility, supporting colleagues
• Work 8 hours/day for full time, rotating shifts according to management's arrangements, 1 day off per week.
• Store operating hours: 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM (parttime has 3 time frames)
REMUNERATION POLICY
- Salary + bonus: diligence, allowances, expertise
+ 4 hour shift: 4,000,000
+ 8 hour shift: 8,000,000
+ 12-hour shift: 12,000,000
