Call to support and advise customers on the settlement of overdue contracts
Working during office hours at the office, not going to the market
Advising customers on the most reasonable payment methods
Support customers about discount policies
Other tasks as directed by the manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Intermediate or higher graduation
Clear voice, ability to handle situations
NO experience required as you will be trained
Know how to use a computer
