JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Training (60%) - Synthesize training needs from departments and divisions.
- Develop the Company's annual training plan and roadmap.
- Design training programs.
- Search for training providers and training experts.
- Organize, inspect and monitor training programs.
- Direct integration training and sharing skills for Company employees.
- Evaluate and measure training effectiveness.
- Update and store the Company's training database.
2. Recruitment (40%)
- Receive requests and carry out recruitment activities according to plan.
- Screening applications, contacting candidates, arranging interview schedules and conducting face-to-face interviews.
- Monitor and interact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Select and deploy recruitment methods with low cost - high efficiency criteria.
- Research and propose solutions to improve recruitment quality.
REQUEST
- Graduated from University majoring in Human Resources, Economics, Law...
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment and training, specializing in training.
- Good presentation, communication and training skills.
