- Build, manage and coordinate teaching schedules at the center
- Grasp the class situation to discuss and update the situation with the Admissions Department
- Support coordination of activities between the Admissions Department and the Academic Management Department
- Optimize teachers' teaching schedules.
- Manage and develop teachers' teaching time reports and other related reports
- Manage and monitor teaching materials
- Working in rotating shifts: Shift 1: 9-7pm; Shift 2: 13-21:00. Work 44 hours/week equivalent to 5.5 days
