Work content:

• Check and control AB estimates - internal estimates on quantity, unit price, amount and other fees related to each project item.
• Check and analyze in parallel with the signed economic contract to compare costs and report project profits.
• Check and control advances and refund payments with contractors
• Collect and store project-related documents,
• Monitor warranty policies and maintenance costs for projects
• Check, monitor, compare, pay debts, make payment plans for subcontractors and suppliers according to construction progress and contracts.
• Gather and prepare cost reports, profit and loss reports of projects upon settlement.
• Summary of receivable and payable debts for project partners.
• Summary of unfinished costs of projects.
• Make a summary table of project costs compared to internal estimates and AB estimates to see the business efficiency of construction projects.

Required Skills:

• Experience: over 02 years in a similar position
• Understanding of accounting and auditing systems in the Real Estate industry
• Teamwork skills, agility, work proficiency.
