ACCOUNTANT - STOCK MANAGEMENT at Ho Chi Minh City - Thuận Hải

JOB DUTIES
Ensure accounting data for warehouse of materials and finished products:
- Check the update of input and output data of inventory of raw materials and finished products on the ERP system.
- Participate directly in the monthly, quarterly and annual inventory. Find the cause of the inventory difference and propose a solution.
- Check the daily reports of the warehouses, compare the import and export data of the purchasing and sales accounting.
- Monitor, manage and report monthly consumption of raw materials and supplies. Combined cost accounting to manage costs of raw materials and supplies

Accounting for finished goods in stock:
- Make accounting entries related to inventory according to the accounting method selected by the enterprise.
- Organize the assessment of the quantity of raw materials and inventory in a scientific manner, serving as a basis for accounting for production costs in a complete and accurate period.

Other jobs:
- Track the details of the daily import and export of raw materials and finished products: Check - update the warehouse receipts - out of the warehouse, ensure the quantity
- Monitoring Import - Export - Inventory, periodic inventory: fixed assets, CCDC, warehouse of materials, finished products, in progress
- Prepare reports on inventory value at times.
- Prepare other reports according to the Chief Accountant's YC.

Work place : Thuan Hai Tower: Tan Thuan EPZ, Tan Thuan Dong ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh
Working time: Monday - Saturday morning: 8:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 17:00

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Expertise
- Proficient in specialized knowledge.
- Having knowledge and practical experience in inventory accounting for large-scale manufacturing companies.
Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting position or equivalent.
