Management accounting specialist at Ha Noi - Amya Holdings

- Participate in developing policies, regulations, and procedures on accounting and finance of the Subsidiary.

- Propose solutions to improve and complete the accounting and financial management system when detecting loopholes, weaknesses, and fraud in the management and protection of assets at subsidiaries.

- Control and advise on implementation of plans and budgets of Subsidiaries.

- Setup management reporting system; Directly prepare weekly and monthly management reports to serve the management and decision making of the Board of Directors.

- In-depth analysis of the project, setting project KPIs, evaluating project performance.

- Advise the Chief Accountant on issues related to optimizing costs, resources, and processes of the Subsidiary.
