Financial Accounting Specialist at Ho Chi Minh City - Fast Moving Technology

Job description:

• Handle invoice issuance, VAT invoices and payment collection according to company policy.
• Ensure timely recording of invoices/receipts/invoices/payments and proper classification of income/expenses.
• Keep track of the company's bank transactions monthly and yearly.
• Provide accurate financial report every month
• Processing payment of creators, bills, and salary based on the company's system
• Keep track and process the personal income tax (PIT) for staff and consultants if any, and mandatory insurance contributions for staff in accordance with the Vietnam Government's requirements
• Communicate with local tax authorities to process tax reports for the company.

• English language skills
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Understanding of local tax system
• Have at least 2 years experience in finance/accounting/tax related field
