Giao dịch viên ngân hàng là vị trí tiếp xúc trực tiếp với khách hàng để tư vấn, tiếp nhận các thắc mắc và thực hiện các yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Vị trí này yêu cầu cao về ngoại hình, giọng nói và nắm bắt các quy trình thực hiện và giao dịch.
Vị trí này đại diện cho ngân hàng chăm sóc và thực hiện các giao dịch, nhu cầu và mong muốn của khách hàng.
2. Nhân viên tín dụng ngân hàng
Nhân viên tín dụng ngân hàng sẽ thực hiện chủ yếu công việc như tìm kiếm nguồn khách hàng, giúp khách hàng hiểu về hình thức vay vốn. Đây là vị trí chịu nhiều áp .
3. Nhân viên phân tích tài chính

6. Nhân viên kiểm toán nội bộ
Nhân viên kiểm toán nội bộ thực hiện kiểm tra, giám sát nhằm phát hiện các sai sót trong hoạt động của ngân hàng.
