Supervise and check the level of work completion of tax accountants;
Coordinate with superiors to organize recruitment, assignment, and guidance on transportation accounting and tax accounting;
Directly report to superiors on the implementation of accounting work each quarter;
Participate in the work of rewarding, disciplining and promoting accountants;
Coordinate the development, organization, and standardization of processes, regulations, rules, forms... related to accounting activities.
- Accounting profession:
Control receivables and payments, ensure weekly plan progress;
Support accountants in debt collection;
Negotiate, create and check contracts, be responsible for working with customers and suppliers when required;
Check the truthfulness and reasonableness of accounting information and internal reports;
Present and explain data to the Board of Directors;
Report to superiors or directly resolve problems of the transportation department and customers;
Responsible for controlling transactions with tax authorities related to document explanation, settlement, dissolution... and related state agencies;
Monitor international payments;
Perform other tasks and duties directly assigned.
- Working hours:
From Monday to Saturday: morning 8:00 - 12:00, afternoon 1:30 - 5:30;
Rest Sunday.
