General Accounting Specialist (strong in cost/tax) at Ho Chi Minh City - Thuận Hải Energy

Job details
- Check and control accounting data of operating accountants. Control the cost calculation process according to regulations.
- Collect cost information on raw materials, labor, machinery, consumables and other costs related to the production process or service provision.
- Calculate production costs for each product or service according to different cost accounting methods
- Compare data between accounting modules (such as cash fund module, debt module, tax module, fixed asset module, etc.) to ensure data accuracy.
- Check and control VAT, personal income, corporate income tax reports... Advise the KTT on tax-related issues, control work to reduce risks for the company.
- Manage basic construction progress and payment progress of projects and factories arising during the period.
- Prepare and present financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and corporate governance reports.
- Plan periodic and unscheduled inventory of assets.
- Check income and expenditure plans and approve payment requests, money transfer orders... Control cash flow plans.
- Prepare and participate in building monthly and quarterly operating budgets.

Request
- Graduated from University majoring in Accounting, Finance,
- Have 3 years or more experience in a General Accounting position (strong in cost and tax)
- Priority is given to having experience working at manufacturing companies with many branches in provinces or companies with import-export elements or agricultural and seafood companies.
- Time management and arrangement skills.
- Understand clearly about tax laws, accounting and management reports
- Good use of Misa, ERP, SAP software.
