- Welcoming and advising VIP customers on Smart Travel Cards at programs and events held at the company (Customers invited by the company)
- Support customers to complete the ownership of the company's products and services
- Customer care before and after signing the contract
- Design a reasonable travel/resort program in terms of schedule and price for KHU
- Working at the office, not going to the market.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/consulting.
- Age: 25 years old and up
- Understanding travel trends.
- Sales skills, customer-oriented approach.
- Understanding the domestic and international tourism market.
- Effective presentation, persuasion and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and handle crises.
