- Develop regional sales plan according to customer
- Import goods
- Planning to import goods for customers to manage (Meet sales demand, ensure inventory index, receive bonuses from suppliers, ensure profits)
- Sell
- Synthesize information about input prices and selling prices of managed customers
- Synthesize information on market share of distributed brands among managed customers
- Sales and discounts for management customers
- Support to control the debt of the agent in charge
- Resolve after-sales support, collect feedback, resolve complaints for customers in charge.
- Handling overdue customer's inventory according to regulations.
- Customer care
- Maintain and develop relationships with brand suppliers
- Meeting and exchanging periodically with the sales channel in charge of the company's customers
- Internal process
- Proposing process changes to upgrade existing processes and develop new processes needed to improve the operational efficiency of the department.
REQUEST - Male/Female graduated from College/University
- Having 3 years of experience in selling/distributing GT or MT channels for refrigeration products, electrical appliances, household appliances...
- Have a relationship and know how to work with Customers.
- Solve problems quickly and harmonize company regulations and customers
- Good communication, proactive in work, agile.
- Good ability to work under pressure
- Office computer skills (Excel, Word)
WELFARE - Salary: 18 million - 20 million, depending on the candidate's capacity
