Traffic and Bridge engineer specialist at Ha Noi - điện Gió Thiên Long Bắc Kạn

WORK CONTENT
- Check and control the standards, correctness and optimization of items
- Control payment/settlement/contract documents related to road items;
- Coordinate with Project Management Boards to inspect and monitor quality, volume, progress, and labor safety on related work;
- Evaluate the progress of implementing road items and forecast potential risks;
- Participate in providing comments and controlling the negotiation stages of construction contracts related to road items;
- Coordinate field inspection and control of traffic road items [when necessary];
- Responsible for managing, checking and appraising survey documents, design documents.... for road items;
- Participate in evaluating bidding documents of units: Capacity profiles, technical plans;

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
a. Qualification:
- Graduated from a university majoring in traffic engineering [Specialization: Construction of traffic works];
- Priority: Have experience working in enterprises investing in traffic projects; Having a certificate in supervision supervision and project leader is an advantage.

b. Work experience:
- From 2 - 3 years in a similar position.
- Prepared payment/settlement documents/price estimate documents...;
- Participated in commanding and managing construction of traffic projects...

c. Knowledge and skills requirements:
- Proficient in reading and understanding drawings of traffic projects, analyzing the volume of construction drawings and construction methods;
- Able to prepare payment acceptance documents/final settlement/construction estimates (check and view documents)
- Proficient in autocad, word, excell, powerpoint, able to use estimating software;
- Fluent English is an advantage.

d. Other requirements
- Ability to negotiate and resolve work independently and in a team;
- Able to present and criticize;
- Can often go on long business trips (when needed);
- Age from 23-<40;
- Honest, hardworking.
