Planning and implementing MKT plans for real estate projects.
Collect market research information, analyze information related to MKT strategy.
Make a detailed PR - Marketing plan including tools, items, implementation methods with costs in each specific stage.
Research, select and measure the effectiveness of Marketing tools and appropriate implementation methods for each project (online, offline, media, advertising, print, events).
Ideas for media campaigns, advertising, events (Kickoff ceremony, Opening ceremony, ...)
Implement PR-Marketing campaigns according to the approved plan,
Monitor costs according to the approved plan during the implementation process,
Coordinate with the department to update and manage communication activities and website and fanpage content to build company brand or for each project.
Giving ideas, proposals and organizing events, sponsorships, awards to increase awareness of the company and products in the market.
Coordinating to build and maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers and agencies related to MKT's activities of real estate projects.
Periodically report, evaluate and propose adjustments to marketing activities to optimize the effectiveness of the approved marketing plan.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
2. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from College, University in related majors: Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Marketing, etc...
Over 1 year of experience in Real Estate in the same position.
Proficient in the use of office computers and related software.
Possess good writing, analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
Good negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the Real Estate market.
Ability to manage and coordinate work
Good ethics - Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, sensitive
Withstand work pressure.

Salary: From 10 million-15 million/month + % Commission on project implementation.
