- Performing the work of timekeeping and salary calculation for all employees of the Company.
- Implement procedures to increase and decrease social insurance, settle maternity and sickness benefits, etc. Make a settlement table, compare data for payment of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.
- Manage information related to Employee's working days and hours.
- Control information about working hours, leave, make timesheets.
- Set up Company Rules, develop KPIs and improve new processes and policies for the whole factory.
- Other tasks as required by the Direct Manager.
