JOB DESCRIPTION
- Synthesize monthly/quarterly human resource recruitment needs of departments and branches to create recruitment plans.
- Propose plans to attract human resources and solutions to improve recruitment input quality.
- Carry out candidate sourcing, filter resumes and arrange recruitment interviews.
- Participate in interviewing, evaluating and selecting suitable candidates.
- Build potential candidate source data.
- Propose candidate screening tools, tests, and candidate assessments.
- Manage candidate profiles and information data.
- Purchasing, distributing and monitoring the use of stationery
- Manage the work process (labor contract, salary, rank, transfer process, reward, discipline...) of employees throughout the Company
- Carry out the work of welcoming new personnel: Notifying new personnel, supporting and monitoring the probationary process.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by direct Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Female, good looking, college/university graduate
- At least 1.5 years of experience in the real estate field
- Careful, neat, gentle and inspiring voice
- Working hours: morning 8:00 a.m., afternoon 1:00 p.m. (Monday - Saturday), Saturday from 8:30 a.m.
