- Graduated from University with major in Law.
- Licensed to practice law.
- Having a certificate in bidding and drafting economic contracts.
- Foreign language, computer science suitable for the rank of Specialist (Code)

2. Skill standards
- Understanding of Law on Bidding, Law on Construction, Law on Finance, Law on Medical Examination and Treatment;
- Ability to communicate, persuade, have good critical thinking;
- Good writing and language skills;
- Negotiation and negotiation skills;
- Ability to establish good relationships;
- Proficient in foreign languages, office computing and application software.

3. Standards of experience
- Having at least 03 years of working experience in the position of Legal Officer, of which at least 01 year of experience in the field of bidding or equivalent;
