- Participate in drafting contracts, documents, and transaction records. Control the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company.

- Participate in the process of establishing and periodically reviewing the Company's operating procedures and policies to ensure legality and compliance
- Organize the management, storage and control of the Company's legal documents and records in accordance with regulations
2. Advise and advise the Board of Directors
- Participate in working sessions and negotiations with partners, when required, to advise the Board of Directors on legal issues.
- Regularly learn and update the latest information on the law and advise the Board of Directors and relevant employees.
3. Contact and transact with authorities on legal issues
- In charge of legal issues and work: establishment procedures, business registration, licensing...
- Work with state agencies, partners, courts, consulting units... on legal issues when requested by the Board of Directors
- Prepare legal documents as required by state agencies
- Require candidates with experience in the field of real estate and investment cooperation
