2. Advise and advise the Board of Directors

• Participate in working sessions and negotiations with partners, when required, to advise the Board of Directors on legal issues.
• Regularly learn and update the latest information on the law and advise the Board of Directors and relevant employees.

3. Contact and transact with authorities on legal issues

• In charge of legal issues and work: establishment procedures, business registration, licensing...
• Work with state agencies, partners, courts, consulting units... on legal issues when requested by the Board of Directors
• Prepare legal documents as required by state agencies
• Require candidates with experience in the field of real estate and investment cooperation
