Job details- Develop, implement and execute company sales strategies;
- Improve the company's marketing service solution package;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners (suppliers, domestic and foreign marketing partners);
- Develop and maintain sales funnel with large leads;
- Proactively organize sales calls and presentations for customers and partners;
- Understand customer requirements and liaise with operations teams for best development;
- Prepare and present solution/service proposals to customers and partners;
- Ensure excellent implementation of business solutions for customers;
- Monitor and report daily, weekly and monthly sales activity and performance as required by management;
- Recruit, train and supervise a successful small sales team;
- Support other departments and management to help them achieve business related goals;
- Prepare annual and monthly sales budget reports.

Job requirements 1. Education Level
- University or higher (preferably Marketing, Economics, Business Administration)
- Priority is given to MBA degree in the above fields or working experience in foreign companies and organizations.
2. Relevant knowledge/expertise
- Professional knowledge in economics, finance, Marketing, Sales
- Good level of English communication skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
