- Receive the new opening plan and the Company's plan to move the selling point by year - Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
- Based on the requirements of the Company, carry out a full site review in areas that can be said to have potential for development.
- Find out about market demand for premises, prices, potential areas, get comments, assessments and reports.
- Building and establishing good relationships with landlords and investors
- Re-sign contracts with expired premises
- Negotiate the price, terms & lease time with the landlord/investor
- Other tasks as required by management.
