- Research and fully and promptly update the development needs of customers, markets, and competitors, and on that basis advise the Company's Board of Directors to plan long-term and medium-term marketing strategies.
- Plan and implement customer meetings (Pharmacies, Clinics...) by route: Send price lists, product messages, promotional programs, take care of advertising posters (if any), close orders …
- Consulting, introducing and answering customers' questions about the company's product information, creating product coverage, especially strategic products, and updating new products for customers.
- Take care of customers according to the assigned list and plan to develop potential customer data sources (including both old and new)
- Plan sales development in assigned areas monthly and quarterly.
- Develop a communication plan: PR, Event, Advertising (with limited budget)
- Develop sales policies, discounts, promotions... for assigned brands
- Other tasks according to job requirements and as assigned by the company Board of Directors.
