Making phone calls to convince customers to pay overdue loans according to the allocated amount, complying with the call script in accordance with regulations.
Update call history, customer information on the system;
Plan to follow up the list of customers in order of priority to recover late loans;
Monitor customer's daily payment schedule;
Detect, check and report to management special cases (fraud, fraud...);
Support and advise customers when required in accordance with their respective roles and responsibilities;
Participate in performing other tasks as assigned by the Head of Unit.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or higher ;
Having at least 1 year of experience in similar positions ;
Have good communication & negotiation skills with Customers;
Ability to effectively focus on work;
Careful, high compliance and principles in work;
Good health, dynamic, enthusiastic, able to withstand high work pressure, clear voice, easy to listen to.
Working time: 8:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Saturday
Working location: July working at VP District 10, from August onwards working at VP District 2

Total income: From 15,000,000/month (including LCB + Commission);
Probationary job receiving 100% salary;
