Job Description

  1. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Management of facilities, personnel, operations of the hotel - resort system of the Company
  • Setup facilities, brand identities, management software systems for new facilities
  • Set up and optimize the management and operation process of hotels and resorts
  • Recruit and train employees according to the regulations and processes issued by the Company
  • Manage and control service quality at hotels and resorts.
  • Coordinate with market development departments in bringing appraisal of new facilities.
  1. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from university - college - university, with experience in hotel management is an advantage.
  • Understanding market needs
  • Proficient in office software, social media channels.
  • Creative, often have new ideas about programs for customers and partners.
  • Ability to lead, proactive in coordinating personnel.
  • Able to work independently, dynamic, enthusiastic and responsible.
  • Able to work under high pressure, willing to travel
