Carry out operational tasks of the operations room including: scheduling classes, organizing classes, coordinating periodic classroom operations; handle and support students, lecturers, teaching assistants, and handle problems that arise during the learning process;
Coordinate with departments in charge to prepare classrooms, facilities, classroom-related documents, organize events and activities for customers and students;
Develop processes, sets of principles and participate in the process of building supporting software during classroom operations;
Managing, establishing and monitoring the quality of customer care services, customer experience processes, operational results and compliance with regulations of the center;
Participate in supporting other tasks according to assigned tasks and actual situation at the Company.
