1. Position: Sales - Marketing Specialist

Main tasks:

Marketing:

• Participate in developing and implementing Marketing plans
• Come up with ideas for media campaigns, advertising, events...
• Plan content and produce content and images on website, fanpage, YouTube, video, email, etc. media channels.
• Implement material production items for projects
• Implement advertising items, POSM, social...
• Coordinate departments to implement campaigns and measure effectiveness

Sales:

• Search and exploit potential customers, consult customers, sign contracts with partners and agents
• Search for premises to open a store, coordinate with relevant departments to set up the store, closely follow the construction and operation process - be the focal point to work with the landlord, building management board...
• Search for franchise customers, survey premises and related work
• Implement promotional programs
• Customer care
• Grasp the needs and desires of customers with the purpose of enhancing customer experience with the brand.

2. Reception:

Manage the store you are working at
- Manage store hygiene
- Receive dirty laundry from customers
- Responsible for the customer's laundry when receiving the goods
- Return clean items to customers
- Control store revenue and debt
- Work according to management's coordination arrangements.
- Represents the company's brand image
- Participate in reception meetings
