WORK RESPONSIBILITY:

• Research customer tastes to come up with new content and ideas to increase the effectiveness of attracting and reaching target customers for businesses. There are analytical reports for each product and campaign.
• Perform product evaluation and analysis : Market, competitors,... produce reports for each product and campaign.
• Research topics related to the field and industry in which the business is doing business and operating. Research topics from sources such as: Customer interviews, academic articles, specialized articles, the internet,... to create resources for work.
• Research keyword sets as well as grasp SEO knowledge to effectively increase web traffic and online sales revenue for businesses.
• Create articles so that the content attracts customers and meets the criteria set by the business.
• Upload and manage content posted to media channels.
• Create content for many types of articles (Short, long - over 500 words, video scripts, professional interview scripts,...) on commonly used channels such as: Social networks, tiktok, youtube, facebook,...

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated with majors such as journalism, communications, public relations, marketing . Or candidates who graduated from other fields but developed their own general knowledge of general marketing. Especially, Marketing in product distribution companies.
• Have knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a writing/creative/content building role (Creator, writer, ...).
• Experienced in analyzing retail customer groups (Consumers) interested in health products, cosmetics, medical products, pharmaceuticals, functional foods (customer age ranges from 30 - 50 years old).
• Ability to write a variety of content: Product introduction, Video, MC, Expert interviews, professional introduction; Social articles; Ads articles,…
• Priority is given to having experience in building content related to: Pharmaceuticals, Health, Functional Foods, cosmetics, clinics, Spa, cosmetology...
