I. CONTENTS OF WORK- Quarterly/yearly receive financial reports from the Accounting Department, check data, analyze reports to supplement credit institutions to periodically re-evaluate/re-grant loan limits/invest in new assets.
- Collect loan documents from other internal departments to provide credit institutions.
- Drafting, controlling, submitting to sign loan documents, arising documents related to credit institutions.
- Control export documents through LC method, sign export documents.
- Monitor the situation of mortgage of goods at credit institutions, sign documents of goods mortgage.
- Advice on payment methods, guarantee and follow-up, implement guarantee/LC issuance documents when the Sales Division/Purchasing Department has demand.
- Monitor cash flow from sales to credit institutions.
- Monitor interest rates/banking fees to control cost of capital, negotiate with credit institutions favorable terms for the Company.
- Valuation of collateral.
- Look for new credit unions that offer better offers than the current ones.
- Make quick and unexpected reports to the Head of Finance, the Division's Board of Directors when required.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS- Male/Female, no age limit
- Experience: 2 years
- College/University degree, majoring in Banking and Finance.
- Having experience working in credit institutions should understand the procedures for payment, guarantee, bank loan.
- Ability to read, understand, synthesize data, analyze company financial statements.
- Ability to work in a team / independently, problem solving skills.
III. OTHER INFORMATION- 2 months probation period
- Working time: 08:00 (1 hour lunch break); Monday to Saturday
- Income: 15~20 million
