Monitor and report the movements of competitors' markets, prices and products
Develop and maintain positive supplier relationships, proactive in contract negotiations to achieve leadership outcomes.
Continually check and evaluate supplier activities and purchasing activities to maintain a database of the best suppliers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Negotiate and prepare purchasing contracts; Review contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies
Perform periodic analyzes to assess overall inventory acquisition and purchasing costs; Prepare relevant reports when required
Proposing sales to release inventory and adjust the distribution plan to control inventory density;
Perform operational process improvement tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
2. Recommend sales strategy
Analyze competitors' prices and product groups to come up with an appropriate strategy.
Enhance the competitive strength of the goods being traded
Comment, analysis and recommendations on market trends and developments.
Proposing to reduce goods to ensure the balance of the industry
3. Professional requirements
Experience in purchasing food for Food Chains, Restaurants, or working with multiple Suppliers (required)
Experience in buying agricultural products, Ham, Cheese or FMCG is preferred
English communication, ability to negotiate contract negotiation
