- Making communication plans, implementing activities according to the approved plan;
- Research and grasp new communication trends that can be applied to the Company's activities;
- Conceptualize, create content and implement social media strategies for branding, product development, promotion programs, etc., in line with the Company's orientation;
- Create effective communication channels, regularly improve the communication channel system;
- Coordinate content production collaborators and ensure the quality of content meets standards and is effective in all aspects of communication;
- Monitoring the implementation process and reporting on implementation effectiveness;
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure work progress and results
- Making weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly or ad hoc reports as required;
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
