JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage, take care and exploit the customers (customers) of Techcombank (TCB) according to the list assigned by the unit leader, including the list of loan customers after completing the disbursement procedures for the customer.
- Carry out product marketing, cross-sell products on-site / by phone to customers.
- Discover the needs of customers and give appropriate advice during face-to-face meetings / phone calls to take care of customers.
- Identify, check, manage records and basic information of customers.
- Informing customers as soon as new products and services are available and monthly monitoring the customer's repayment schedule, reminding the customer when it is due, urging the customer to repay the loan, informing the customer about the loan status.
-Consulting, selling and serving customers who need to use personal banking and financial services for direct transactions.
- Guide customers to carry out retail lending procedures.
- Directly do non-cash services for customers wishing to transact at the branch: opening accounts, issuing cards, Internet banking, printing auxiliary books,. Check... At the same time, handle and support customers' requests in the loan portfolio for post-loan services such as: changing loan information (debt payment schedule structure, interest rate/fee changes) , early repayment
- Through face-to-face exchange / phone call to understand the financial capacity, assess the customer's willingness to repay, report to the leadership / relevant departments when the customer has problems, and provide solutions.
- Perform other related tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
