● Categorize customers (parents/students) from available Data, contact
system, exchange and exploit information.
● Listen, identify customer problems, needs, provide
accurate information about the value that MindX's course brings
can solve that problem, need, outline a roadmap
appropriate learning for each student.
● Coordinate with lecturers to organize experiential learning sessions: Create
Excitement for customers and assess students' ability
for advice on planning a specific learning path. Rate the degree of comedy
customer satisfaction with experience sessions to improve service.
● Taking care of customers after the experience to close the sale.
● Carry out admission procedures.
● Update customer data and report data when required.
● Coordinate with other departments to handle issues related to
consulting and construction, product quality improvement.
