JOB DESCRIPTION
- Searching, receiving, screening and checking candidate profiles
- Pre-qualification and interview scheduling
- Coordinate with recruitment service companies and heads of departments/functions to search, interview, test and find suitable candidates for the position to be recruited.
- Participating in organizing recruitment activities at job placement centers / Unemployment insurance….
- Identify training needs and develop company training plans
- Implement training courses according to training plans or arising requirements, including: searching, assessing the suitability of training course content, lecturers, costs, class organization, conduct post-training evaluation…
- Develop, adjust and complete procedures, regulations and work processes related to recruitment and personnel training.
- Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, regulations on recruitment, personnel training
- Control recruitment and training costs at a reasonable and effective level
- Perform other tasks related to the functions of the Department as assigned by the Head of HR-NS Department
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Male/Female age, College graduate or above
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and training
Knowledge of labor law and other related laws at work
Knowledge and understanding of the general labor market in the region
