I. Job Description:
1. Implement the recruitment work according to the personnel recruitment plan and recruitment proposals from the departments/departments
2. Work directly with department heads to analyze recruitment requirements and propose suitable recruitment plans
3. Actively searching and screening resumes on recruitment channels; Screening suitable candidate profiles based on recruitment requirements
4. Contact, schedule interviews and participate in interviews, assess the suitability of candidates and department representatives
5. Build and expand the source of potential candidates
6. Report to the direct manager on the progress and results of the implementation
II. Job requirements:
1. Graduated from a regular university with a major in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Economics
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the position
3. Preference will be given to candidates with relationships in the Advertising and Media industry
4. Proficient in experience, skills in searching and screening candidates
5. Proactive, good communication with departments/departments
6. Good English reading comprehension
III. Remuneration:
1. Competitive salary: Upto 1000$
