• Perform information collection, data analysis for HR programs.

• Develop a network of relationships with potential candidates and talents in the market to create a candidate database, create a source of recruitment for the future.
• Carrying out recruitment according to the plan, arising, ensuring the recruitment process complies with the Company's regulations and procedures.
• Participate in the development of recruitment questionnaires for each position.
• Analyze recruitment situation and evaluate recruitment cost effectiveness.
