JOB DESCRIPTION
* Participate in jobs in the recruitment process:
- Receiving recruitment requests from departments. Working with departments with recruitment needs to understand the requirements for each position, perfecting the JD;
- Browse recruitment requests;
- Recruitment announcement, search for candidate profiles, screening of resumes;
- Contact candidates, arrange interviews through rounds;
* Designing surveys, assessing training needs, conducting research, assessing training needs;
* Participate in the development and submission of staff training strategies, plans and budgets;
* Proposing training forms and methods to the Head of Human Resources Department;
* Participate in the design and construction of training programs with implementation plans and estimated costs;
- Prepare tests for candidates and collect tests when candidates complete.
