Work content:
- Coordinate with the head of the department to analyze the company's recruitment needs and plans.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to develop effective recruitment plans and plans to meet the needs of the Company.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to develop a plan to develop the Company's recruitment brand - Receive recruitment requests from departments and leaders.
- Implement job posting, screening candidates in accordance with recruitment needs.
Job requirements:
- Graduated from high school or higher.
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, no experience will be trained.
- Ability to work independently and team spirit.
- Ability to handle problems flexibly - Ability to negotiate, negotiate and persuade.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and work under pressure.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Chinese
