- Manage sales channels on e-commerce sites such as Shopee, Lazada... and new sales channels as assigned by the Management Board.
- Customer care comes from assigned sales channels, including live chat, calling or other interactive activities for product consultation and complaint resolution.
- Support other departments to track and process customer requests, place orders into the system, and manage debt-related documents.
- Cooperate with sales staff and customer service departments to perform packaging, delivery, and other tasks required by the E-commerce Platform.
- Create, monitor, and optimize advertising and sales plans based on the budget and merchandise plan provided by the Management Board.
Job requirements
- Have experience in managing e-commerce platforms for at least 1 year.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the field of Digital Marketing, Campaign Marketing (Advertising/Digital Agency,...).
- Ability to write product content to meet SEO standards of each e-commerce platform.
- Quickly grasp e-commerce marketing trends.
- Priority is given to candidates with the ability to design product images and banners.
- Knowledge of household products is an advantage.
- Ability to update new knowledge and use work management software quickly.
- Good work management skills (multitasking).
Work location
- Working hours: From 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch break), from Monday to Friday.
