Job description

Collect information about debt, customer information for debt settlement
Researching, evaluating documents, making plans and implementing bad debt recovery of VPBank
Search, trace and collect debts directly at home, office... for customers who cannot be contacted by phone (can go in groups of 2-3 people)
Carry out operations to recover debts (telephone, send documents, meet customers face-to-face, participate in proceedings, denounce ...)
Manage records and make reports on periodic and extraordinary debt settlement at the request of management.

Job requirements

Male priority; Age under 35
Intermediate or higher graduation
At least 1 year of experience in management and practical work in the same field
Understanding of Banking regulations and laws related to debt collection activities
Ready to work in shifts and overtime
Clear, unequivocal voice
