JOB DESCRIPTION *Import:
- In charge of contacting Manufacturers (NSX), Foreign Customers
- Exchange order information, goods status, delivery and payment conditions and delivery schedules.
- Handling arising situations (if any) related to the arrival of goods
- Coordinate with Sales Department to plan orders, ensure the supply of goods for Sales Department
- Track the execution of import orders, forecast: (goods in charge as assigned by the manager) orders from customers, purchase estimates from the Company's sales department and Customers.
- Follow up the transportation of goods from abroad to the company's warehouse according to each purchase condition.
- Support customs procedures for imported shipments: Coordinate customs clearance staff: declare customs documents, explain, handle situations, clear customs quickly and save the most cost for the company .
* Export:
+ Searching and exploiting customers outside of Vietnam to export medicinal products (traditional medicine products), functional foods produced by the company + Prepare commercial documents for export shipments - Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Graduated from college or higher majoring in import and export, pharmacy, traditional medicine, business, business management,... - At least 2 years of experience in import and export (preferably in the field of Healthcare/Pharmaceutical) - Able to communicate in English or Chinese well with foreign suppliers/buyers.
