Average income : 7.9 million/month
Job: Sewing products for export
+ BASIC SALARY: 5,300,000 VND
+ SUPPORT:
- Gasoline: 225k
- House: 225k VND
- Diligence: 400k
- Job: 200k
+ Overtime: Average 44 hours/month => average overtime salary is about 1,600,000 VND
+ 1 month probation period and sign a labor contract
+ 13th month salary, annual leave and other benefits
+ Annual salary increase
+ Working time:
+ Full participation: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, unemployment insurance 24/7
- From Monday to Saturday every week, starting from 8:00 to 17:00 (Overtime from 1-3 hours/day depending on production situation; Saturday no overtime)
