■Job description
- Manage the progress and processing time of the processing party (Machine shop) and receive requests from other departments
-Monitor the order progress of the Machine Design team
- Translate and communicate information from Japanese into Vietnamese for subordinates.
- Supervising producer.
- Working at Nhon Trach factory - Dong Nai.

* Team structure:
Production Supervisor -> Manager (Vietnamese) -> Manager (Japanese)

■Requirements
Gender: Males born in the year of birth are given priority because the Manager was born in a year
- Graduating from college or higher.
- Have 04 or more experiences in a similar position.
- Good conversational English
- Understanding of production processes, understanding management methods such as 5S, Six Sigma, Lean, 4M, PDCA...
- Proficient in office information technology (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Have direct experience in production management (people, machines, materials in manufacturing companies) (Required)
- Proficient in using computers and skilled in making reports.
