ONE-VALUE is a business strategy consulting company, trade promotion - M&A investment, and personnel introduction between Vietnamese and Japanese businesses. Currently, ONE-VALUE's customer is a large Japanese chemical enterprise, aiming to introduce a feed additive product for shrimp in the Vietnamese market - this is a completely new additive in the market. Vietnam, originating from nature.
Therefore, to implement the project, ONE-VALUE is looking for an Expert/Collaborator to develop the shrimp feed additive market (working remotely; going to the market) for the above project. Scope of work includes:
- Offering additive products containing natural origin Astaxanthin to help improve the red pigmentation of shrimp and salmon, enhancing stress resistance, growth and development of shrimp;
- Collect and analyze information on trends, market and customer needs;
- Proposing product and market development options;
- Make monthly work progress reports: progress of contact with potential customers, progress of sending product samples, progress of product testing (feeding shrimp) and reporting results;
- Some other related work as requested by Management
- Go on business trips, approach customers, discuss with customers who agree to test products or make sales.
- Access to customers: Priority is given to shrimp farming units (Can be large companies with farming areas, or closed production processes from farming areas to processing, or small-scale farming households); Units producing animal feed for aquatic products (Shrimp); Agents for additives, nutrition, and food in related industries.
NATURE OF WORK: - Work independently remotely (work location is concentrated in the southern region); Report and exchange work online with the office in Hanoi.
- Frequently travel to key localities in neighboring areas such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Mekong Delta to meet customers who are large shrimp farming companies/animal feed companies.
- Flexible working time; Requirements to ensure the set KPIs.
REQUEST: - Male, in good health, able to move and travel a lot.
- Degree: University, college, intermediate level in aquaculture/ biotechnology/ aquatic pathology
production, or economics but have knowledge of the shrimp farming industry; or have participated in the work
Wholesale and distribution of products for the shrimp farming and aquaculture industries;
- Have 01 year - 03 years of experience working in a B2B business position in the seafood and feed additive industry
eating aquatic products - livestock, microbiology;
- Priority is given to candidates who have existing relationships with agents and distributors; aquatic food manufacturing companies
products;
- Enthusiastic and responsible at work. Withstand the challenge because this is a completely new project;
- Ability to plan and carry out remote work;
- Able to work independently.
