Make a plan and be responsible for the execution of the business plan
- Organize standard business operations: work system, internal and inter-departmental working process, with sample forms done at work buttons. Optimizing the sales process creates good customer service and high business efficiency.
- Develop organizational structure, functions and duties of the Sales Department and job description with competency framework and mechanism for evaluating job results for each CV position of the department.
- Coordinate recruitment, management, training and allocation of work/benefits for sales staff.
- Building customer relationship, developing customer system.
- Report on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts to the Board of Directors.
- Identify potential markets and market fluctuations, and stay up to date with competitors and new products.
