Work content:
- Plan and coordinate work for employees at the store in the most appropriate way.
-Arrange work shifts as well as distribute working positions to employees.
-Perform inspections and evaluate the attitudes and work performance of employees at the store on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
-Regularly organize weekly or monthly meetings to receive work reports from employees.
-Promptly handle outstanding issues.
-Supervise and manage the sales process.
-Manage store operations.
-Analyze and survey customers.
-Plan store development.
- Taking care of and resolving customer complaints.
Job requirements:
- From 3 to 5 years in the sales field, or worked for 1 to 2 years in a similar position.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, sensitive.
-Honest, eager to learn, progressive, able to withstand pressure.
-Salary: 16,000,000 - 19,500,000.
