- Receive customer information from the Business Consultant department, analyze - Learn the operating process of the business and the expectations of the CEOs about the future direction - Support the system and optimize the business process . - Digitize daily management activities and processes with Base's products - Coaching the customer-side team to use proficiently and operate the system by themselves - Collect customers' opinions and feedback to improve and develop products - Ensure satisfaction, trust and build close relationships with customers - Work with customers to plan development strategies for businesses when using Base products
