Job Description

Work content:
  • Prepare food and cook directly for customers
  • Ensure regulations, quality, work area hygiene and ensure food safety according to regulations.
  • Coordinating with the chef to check incoming goods and food including quantity and quality.
  • Check food ingredients during the total shift before reporting to the Chef for appropriate handling
  • Handle kitchen tasks including division of work and staff management in the absence of the chef.
