- Perform administrative and statistical tasks:
+ Record and preserve records and papers related to the professional work of the center
+ Enter computer software: medical record information, drugs, consumables
+ Implement functional processes: patient admission process, medical examination process, hospital transfer process, etc.
- Implement professional processes:
+ Organize reception and guide patients to perform technical procedures
+ Support doctors to examine and advise customers.
+ Assist doctors in preparing machines, tools, and patients.
+ Support doctors to perform intensive treatment, dental procedures (cosmetic restorations, implants, orthodontics, surgery, root canal treatment, dental fillings, etc.)
+ Support doctors to monitor and evaluate customer's treatment results and customer feedback.
+ Assist doctors in completing administrative procedures and medical records related to medical examination and treatment within the scope of the doctor's responsibilities.
+ Implement preventive dental techniques, care techniques for common oral diseases.
+ Manage equipment, supplies and report when there is a breakdown of function rooms
+ Counseling, guidance, and health education for patients and relatives
+ Regularly self-study and update knowledge
+ Implement regulations on infection control
+ Participate in scientific research and improve hospital quality
+ Perform other duties as assigned
